If you find that an item is defective, please report this to us by e-mail to info@aa-collection.com within 3 days of receipt, describing in full the nature of the fault. Please attach digital photos of the defect and retain the original invoice. We shall then contact you with further instructions for the return of the item and the possible replacement or refund.
